The 24 highest of 24 banks with a dated launch on their page since Jan 1, 2025. A launch is a timeline entry whose title says the product launched, went live, rolled out, was unveiled or opened to customers, and whose text names a customer audience (customers, clients, members, cardholders, borrowers, dealers or merchants). Ranked by number of launches, then launches in 2026, then the latest launch date.

Each row quotes the bank's page on this site; the bank link opens the full record with every source. “Not disclosed” means the page records nothing on that point. Banks absent from the table have no evidence on this topic on their page. The AI index score is the bank's score out of 100 on the US AI index; non-US groups are outside that index and show n/a.

How is this ranking computed?

Launches counted: timeline entries dated Jan 1, 2025 or later whose title carries a release verb (launched, goes or went live, live for or with, rolled out, unveiled, debuts, introduces, released, opens to, available to, or adds a named tool) and whose title or detail names a customer audience. Excluded: titles that describe a pilot, test, beta or plan, a deal, fund, acquisition or partnership, a hire or appointment, a filing, earnings call or proxy, and tools whose text names only employees, bankers, advisers or developers (unless the title names customers). Score = number of launches; ties go to more launches in 2026, then the more recent latest launch, then the US AI-index score.

Industry awards: an award-titled source dated 2025 or later that the AI index classes as independent coverage (trade or business press such as American Banker, Computer Weekly or Global Finance; not the bank's own release, a vendor's page or a wire copy), or an award-titled timeline entry citing one. Awards are shown, not scored; vendor-issued awards, equity awards and executive lists are left out.

What are the caveats?

A launch count rewards banks whose releases are well covered and whose pages record them as dated entries; a bank that ships quietly, or reports launches only in aggregate ("300 use cases"), counts low. The test reads the entry's title, so a launch described in other words is missed.

Innovative is a judgement this page does not make: a tokenized deposit, a dealer chatbot and a mobile-app feature each count once. Read the launch names and decide.
