### ChatGPT Enterprise vs Microsoft 365 Copilot: what is the difference?

ChatGPT Enterprise is OpenAI's standalone workspace sold on custom pricing, while Microsoft 365 Copilot is an add-on inside Office apps and Teams at a published $30 per user per month. Copilot runs partly on OpenAI's models, and Microsoft holds roughly 27% of OpenAI Group. SouthState approved both for employees.
