## How does USAA govern its use of AI?

USAA publishes a 'Responsible Use of Artificial Intelligence' page with four principles: fair and inclusive, secure and responsible, human oversight ('humans guide and monitor the technology') and built on trust, and it lists where AI is used, including at USAA Federal Savings Bank to automate processes, enhance member service and detect some types of fraud. ## What does USAA not publish about responsible AI?
