## What is SouthState's AI strategy?

SouthState's AI strategy is to make every department faster with AI while keeping support headcount flat as it hires revenue producers. The 2025 10-K, filed February 20, 2026, says the bank 'adopted a formal AI Strategy' to adopt AI 'internally and from vendors' with controls for accuracy and bias; the 2024 10-K had said only that it had 'strategically introduced artificial intelligence tools for internal efficiencies'.
