## What technology stack does SoFi run?

SoFi owns most of its banking stack. Galileo, bought for $1.2 billion in 2020, processes payments and card issuing, and Technisys, bought in 2022, supplies core banking; CEO Anthony Noto said in May 2026 that SoFi Money would move in July to 'a new modern core that's in the cloud', the next version of the Technisys core. Both are sold to other firms through SoFi Technology Solutions, whose Galileo platform joined the AWS Partner Network in October 2025 and which also sells the Cyberbank Konecta conversational AI engine and an AI/ML payment-risk platform. The member app is a Flutter monorepo of more than two million lines with over 40,000 automated tests, where a July 2026 design-system migration used LLM tools in every phase: an in-house review bot on Claude on Amazon Bedrock, Claude iterating tests to 80% coverage, and Gitar.ai and Cequence for review and MCP authentication.
