## Who builds AI at SoFi?

Financial planners shape Coach. Lauren Anastasio, a certified financial planner, is part of the team that built and trains it; 'every morning, my team logs in and they have assignments of actual member conversations that took place the night before', anonymized, which they rate for accuracy and helpfulness.
