SoFi uses AI to win and deepen member relationships inside its app, and has shipped three consumer AI products in nine months: Cash Coach (October 2025), which looks across SoFi and external accounts for idle cash and expensive debt; SoFi Coach (June 2, 2026), a chat-based guide built with its financial planners that SoFi's engineering blog calls the company's 'first LLM-based product'; and Composer by SoFi (June 23, 2026), from the Composer acquisition, which turns plain-English investing ideas into automated strategies.
