## How is this ranking computed?

Score = 3 × agent use cases in production + 1 × agent use cases at any other stage + dated timeline moves mentioning agents (capped at 4) + 2 if the bank's named platform is described as agentic. An agent use case or move is one whose name, title or detail contains agent, agents, agentic, multi-agent or agent-based. Ties: agents in production, then assets.

Every use case and move is quoted from the bank's page with its source; the stage is the one the page records.

## What are the caveats?

"Agent" is used loosely by banks and vendors: a scripted workflow, a coding assistant and an autonomous multi-step system are all called agents in releases. The table takes the bank's word and shows the use case name so the reader can judge. Contact-centre agents (people) are excluded where the text makes that clear, but a few rows may count 'services agents using generative AI' as agent use cases.
