## Who are Arvest Bank's competitors, and what are the alternatives?

Arvest is a privately held bank that files no 10-K, so its competitors are best read from deposit data. FDIC Summary of Deposits figures for June 30, 2025 put it first in Arkansas, with $14.2 billion in 97 offices, ahead of Bank OZK ($12.5 billion), Simmons ($9.2 billion), First Security Bank ($6.6 billion), Bank of America ($5.6 billion) and Home BancShares' Centennial Bank ($5.3 billion). In Oklahoma it ranks fourth with $7.0 billion, behind BOK Financial ($20.2 billion), MidFirst ($16.3 billion) and BancFirst ($10.4 billion) and just ahead of First United ($6.7 billion). In Missouri and Kansas it is a small player, 18th and 40th by deposits. There UMB, Commerce, U.S. Bank, Bank of America and Central Bancompany's Central Trust Bank hold more. Arvest describes itself as 14 community banks with local presidents and boards, a model it calls 'unusual for a bank our size.' In commercial lending it is pushing beyond its footprint: a Frisco loan production office announced in July 2026 takes it into North Texas, where Frost and Prosperity are growing. In July 2026 Arvest announced a loan production office in Frisco, focused exclusively on commercial loans, with banking and treasury services handled through its four-state network.
